REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

 

SMRK Services INC is committed to providing a transparent and fair refund policy. Customers may cancel their order and receive a full refund of the deposit until the vehicle is dispatched. After dispatch, the deposit is non-refundable. A rescheduling fee of up to $75 may apply if pickup is rescheduled due to vehicle unavailability or customer unavailability.

Please note that SMRK Services INC is not liable for any charges or liabilities resulting from pickup or delivery delays, including airline tickets, rental car fees, or storage fees. Customers agree not to contract with other brokers or carriers during the shipping process, as this can hinder the process and result in a non-refundable deposit.

Vehicles must be in good running condition with no more than a half tank of fuel. The carrier is not liable for damage caused by leaking fluids, battery acids, cooling systems, or other mechanical issues. Minor paint damages and other non-mechanical issues are also not covered. Any damage must be noted and signed on the condition report at delivery.

A $150 non-operational fee will be charged for all non-running vehicles. This fee will be included in the final quote received from SMRK Services INC. If the vehicle becomes non-operational during transport, this fee will be applied to the original quote.
